You may not scrape, reproduce, redistribute, or use our editorial signal for training automated models or populating competing databases without express written consent from our Berlin-based office.

Our reviews reflect our artistic and mechanical analysis at the time of play-testing. While we focus on high-quality indie works, we do not guarantee that third-party software remains available on Steam or other platforms after our review is published.

To the maximum extent permitted by German law, Soft Grain shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your access to our platform. All content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

Any legal disputes arising from these terms shall be settled exclusively in the courts of Berlin, Germany, under the jurisdiction of European Union laws.
